Our services include all forms of building and structural repairs as well as remedial work to meet building regulations. We specialise in new builds, extensions and garage conversions. This includes general home improvements.

Design and Plan
Before we come to site to offer a quotation, we will require full set of plans.
This will be the following:
Planning drawings
Structural Calculations
Building regulation drawings and specification.
We have a very good relationship with a local architect whom we recommend if you have not obtained any of the above.

Build
Once you have your full plans and happy with our quotation, we can set a date and commence building your dream home or extending your current property.
We will deal with onsite meetings with your chosen building control office. Along with consulting with your chosen architect/ structural engineer throughout the build.
We try to take as much pressure away from our clients and keep the project moving as smoothly as possible.
Guarantee
Greve and Son are registered with LABC Warranty.
All of our new build projects have been with LABC Warranty. This is usually our clients chosen warranty provider. This is mainly due to them being the most recognised warranty provider with mortgage lenders.
We can also offer insurance backed warranties for extensions with FMB. These range from 2, 6 and 10 Years. Please feel free to ask for an additional quote if you require this service.
